Capturing special moments with my friends and loved ones is always a must so I can always go back to the good memories every once in a while. Now, I can do that with the Kodak EasyShare Z981. Essentially, this is a point-and-shoot digital camera that comes with special sharing features. As a matter of fact, I can tag my new pictures directly from my camera so I can upload it to my accounts in various social networking sites. As its name suggests, this is actually the basic premise of this model from Kodak—sharing.

• 14 megapixel camera

14 megapixels definitely guaranteed high resolution. The photos I took are all of high quality. The images are crisp and very much vivid. It almost seemed like they were jumping out the photo prints. More so, even if I print them up to 30×40 inches, the image did not pixelize. It still remained true to the original resolution even if it was blown up.

• 26x optical zoom coupled with 26mm wide angle lens

These are just so perfect for taking pictures even at a distance; and even for group photos. So say for instance I need to take photos of a couple of my friends with a scenery at the background, everyone will be included in the photo, even the scenery because of the wide angle lens. More so, I can also take a good photo even if the subject of my photo is a bit far from where I am standing, I can still capture the details of the object with the 26x optical zoom and the photo will look just as clear and detailed.

• Smart Capture

This feature is actually great for those who do not want to tinker manually with the settings of the camera. I actually find this very useful especially during trips when I take shots of almost everything around me. The camera automatically adjust the settings to make sure that the photos will be great and sharp regardless of the changes in lighting or exposure in the area.

Now, I can already share photos directly from my camera with the one-button upload feature of the Kodak EasyShare Z981.
